Who we are

LiPro is an independent travel-log service made in Andorra. For any privacy question, write to hello@lipro.ad. For the purposes of data-protection law, LiPro is the controller of the data described here.

What we collect

We keep this to what the app actually needs:

• Your account: email, display name and a securely hashed password.
• Your content: the trips, stops, notes and photos you add.
• Minimal technical logs (such as IP address and request metadata) kept briefly to keep the service secure and working.

Photos and location

When you upload a photo, we read its embedded data (such as capture date and, if present, GPS coordinates) only to place it on your globe. We never log photo GPS, and location is used to help you, not to track you.

How we use your data

We use your data to run LiPro: to show your trips, keep your account secure, and contact you about your account when needed. We do not use it for advertising.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We rely on a few trusted providers to operate - hosting, file storage and email delivery - who process data only on our instructions.

Anything you choose to share with a public trip link is visible to anyone who has that link; you can revoke it at any time.

Security and storage

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, and sessions use short-lived tokens. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your trips and photos; deleted items sit in trash for 30 days and are then permanently purged. To exercise any right, write to hello@lipro.ad.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date above.
