Acceptance and eligibility

By using LiPro you accept these terms. You must be at least 16 years old, or old enough to consent to data processing where you live.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. Please give accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

Your trips and photos are yours. You keep all rights to them.

You grant LiPro the permission needed to store, process and display your content so the service can work - for example, resizing a photo or showing it on your globe. You confirm you have the right to upload what you add, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use LiPro for anything illegal, do not upload other people’s private information without their consent, and do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Sharing

When you create a public trip link, anyone with the link can view that trip. You control these links and can disable them at any time.

Availability

LiPro is offered as-is and is still evolving. Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Please keep your own copies of anything important to you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, LiPro is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of data. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Andorra. We may update them from time to time; if we do, we will change the date above, and continuing to use LiPro means you accept the new version.
